Quotes are no longer locked once sent or approved, a new outsourced jobs table keeps outsourced work visible, and quoting picks up a few quality-of-life upgrades.
Quotes can be edited even after they've been sent or approved — locking has been removed entirely. Editing a sent or approved quote automatically marks it "Revised" so everyone knows it no longer matches what the customer last saw.
A new "Revised" status appears on the quote whenever a line, cost, or price is changed after the quote was sent or approved, giving you a clear signal to re-send before the customer acts on outdated numbers.
Jobs marked as outsourced now have their own dedicated table, making it easy to track work that's out of house separately from jobs running through production.
When generating multiple quantity options on a quote line, sliders for labor hours, composition hours, and cut time can now be toggled off in favor of typing an exact number — handy for jobs that fall outside the slider's normal range.
Add CC email addresses when sending a quote — pick from the customer's existing contacts or type in any address — so the right people are looped in without leaving the app.
The label print job step and all related code have been removed, simplifying job setup for shops that don't run label reels.
Jobs and invoices can now be billed to a specific contact instead of always defaulting to the main customer account, giving CSRs and Billing more control over who receives the invoice.
When reviewing quotes or proposals, customers will be asked if they "need" an optional line. This will give us a record of the customers saying "yes" to something like a rush fee. When marking quotes as approved manually from the application you will also be asked to select whether an optional line is needed or not needed.
When creating or editing a job, choose whether it should be billed to the customer directly or to one of their contacts. If a contact is marked as billing directly, they will be selected automatically.
Mark a customer contact as billing directly from the Contacts tab. That contact will then be pre-selected as the "Bill To" on new jobs for that customer.
Contacts who bill separately from their customer can now have their own QuickBooks name, terms, sales rep, and default PO number, kept apart from the customer's QuickBooks info.
This minor update automates quote follow-ups end-to-end, and rounds out several quality-of-life improvements across quoting, job tickets, and invoicing.
Quotes now trigger an automatic follow-up email 48 hours after they are sent, so no lead goes cold waiting on a reply.
A second follow-up goes out automatically at the 30 day mark, nudging customers who have not yet made a decision on their quote.
A final reminder goes out around day 50 to let customers know their quote is about to expire, prompting them to act before it lapses.
Duplicate a line item on a quote in a single click instead of re-entering it from scratch. Ideal for quotes with several similar items.
Unit price can now be edited directly on a quote line, giving you more control to fine-tune pricing without rebuilding the line.
Line costs on the job ticket are now formatted for easier scanning, cutting down on mistakes when reviewing pricing at a glance.
Finishing notes are now trimmed to a set length wherever they are displayed, keeping job tickets and tracker views clean even when a note runs long.
View and print a job ticket straight from the completed jobs page, so you can pull a copy after the fact without digging back through production.
The "job completed" notification has been removed to cut down on noise, keeping the notification bar focused on what actually needs your attention.
Invoices are now automatically marked as billed once they are exported to your accounting software, so statuses stay accurate without manual updates.
The invoices table now opens with a default filter applied, so you land on the most relevant invoices right away.
Add a PO number to a quote or job and it now stays in sync between the two automatically — no more updating it twice when a quote converts to a job.
This release introduces a complete quoting workflow, tighter job integration, and a more streamlined user experience across the platform.

Jobs can still be created independently when no quote exists, giving you flexibility for internal or ad-hoc work.
Get notified when a quote is approved so your team can act immediately and move work into production without delays.
Easily view and manage jobs directly from the comp jobs view, giving visibilty to jobs that are not in production yet.
A new settings section under the user menu consolidates all important configuration for quotes and jobs.
Customers can now have multiple contacts, addresses, and branches. This makes it easier to manage complex clients with multiple locations and points of contact.
Use the @ symbol while typing notes to access a search bar of all users on the application, select the user the note applies to and that user will get a notification of your note. For example Mason might @JordanAnderson to let him know they are waiting on material for a specific job.
The job tracker is now condensed to be easier to check on mobile devices, displaying consolidated information. Need to access more information? Simply click on the job and a pop-up will appear with all the job details.
Clicking on a job in the tracker will now have a pop-up appear with all the information relating to the job. Print intent history, job timeline, notes, customer, and other job details will all appear on this pop-up.
Any notes added to a job before the job ticket is printed will have the note appear on the ticket.
